Services

E360 Platform contains digital mental health assessment and treatment that will be able to accurately diagnose individuals’ mental state through a set of carefully prepared questions. E360 will be a “best-practices” creation mechanism, a digital guru, that could handle the most complex data and generate the most accurate diagnosis and solutions. Determining best practices in naturalistic settings requires the management of data involving massive complexity. Individuals will be able to understand and improve their wellbeing - while psychologists, physicians, and researchers will be able to use the data generated through the app. By combining multiple variables, professionals will be able to gain a better understanding of various mental health issues and to develop the most suitable treatments. The screening, assessment, and monitoring activities are critical steps in the mental health journey. Through its reliance on dashboard visualization, E360 will engage and motivate patients with progress indicators while clinicians can use them to assess and optimize their treatment plans.

Our Strength

The E360 survey tool integrates copyrighted questions with proprietary algorithms to create a patentable system. E360 architecture uses a number of customizable software applications to collect the data and synthesize a body of mental health data, which is further integrated to create patient-oriented metrics and physician-oriented, graphics, dashboards, reports, and decisional-support tools that allow the physician to use data. E360 ’s line of questioning differs from the industry standard, being clinically validated as more relevant, leading to better treatments and enhanced outcomes. E360 distills 26 assessments for 40 diagnoses into one.

Investor Relations

E360 will have a three-phase, bidirectional plan to increase its sales funnel. First, the platform will be marketed through B2C channels (media posts, social media, organic marketing) to attract individual users, who will then attract clinicians. Once the Company establishes partnerships with clinicians (B2B), they will onboard their patients, and further increase the user base. The third phase will include targeting channel partners to engage enterprise users. The Company will partner with mental wellness companies that have an established customer base. Among its marketing techniques, the Company will use digital marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, traditional promotional channels such as radio and newspapers, and B2B networking.

Canada

Mental health is no longer considered just a personal asset, but essential for the health of families, enterprises, and society. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, mental illness directly or indirectly affects all Canadians. In any given year, 1 in 5 people in Canada will personally experience a mental health problem or illness. By age 40, about 50% of the population will have or have had a mental illness. Almost one-half (49%) of those who feel they have suffered from depression or anxiety have never gone to see a doctor about this problem. The economic cost of mental illnesses in Canada for the health care system was estimated to be at least $7.9 billion in 1998. In Canada, only 1 out of 5 children who need mental health services receives them. By being able to prevent, diagnose, and treat some of the mental health issues and by facilitating clinicians their process, E360 expects to gain strong traction in Canada.

Business Model

E360 will operate in the disability management and prevention business and we have validated at least ten potential products and income streams.

  1. Pre-clinical: Pre-clinical population is willing to pay to be assessed by mental health coaching apps, especially high-school students and adolescents.

  2. Workplace health: Companies are deploying a range of disability management tools, the latest of which includes virtual psychotherapy, to decrease stress and increase the engagement and productivity of employees.

  3. Clinical: Community-based psychologists are increasingly moving to use mental-health-specific electronic records  and virtual care.

  4. Insurance: Insurance companies are willing to pay for physician performance, specifically multiple forms of remote patient monitoring. Insurance companies are keen to pay to reduce claim size by even 1%.

  5. Other potential revenue streams include disability management (for universities, health management organizations, and first-responders), research (for pharmacists and regulatory agencies), and data licensing (for researchers and psychologists).

  6. To generate revenue, E360 will use a subscription business model and charge users per month of service. Different rates will be charged to different users (employers $10 per month, consumers $25 per month, insurance $100 per month, schools $10 per month, and government/healthcare providers $1 per month).

E360 is targeting pre-clinical users, clinical users, schools and colleges, enterprises, researchers, and medical and insurance establishments. By completing assessment tests, users will generate a vast amount of data that can be further used for clinical research. Each customer group will have a unique value proposition, sales, and marketing approach.
